   This was truly an experience. Food was unique and delicious. Staff was amazing - some of the best I have ever had. Sommelier was incredible. Highest recommendation.

   Some of the most intricate and delicate bites with attentive and warm service in a relaxed environment that moves you from their "living room" to the chef's table looking into the kitchen, to the "dessert parlor," where you'll receive the "magic box," a beautiful multi-compartment wooden box containing mignardises. Strong service but felt odd at times as guests were being presented their dishes at the same time while 6 servers were explaining the dishes right next to each other.

   This has been one of my favorite experiences I have done so far. I can't say any more great things about the restaurant. Surprised my girlfriend and she was amazed how friendly the staff was and how the treated us like royalty.

   As someone who wouldn't claim to have a fully developed palate for exquisite fare, I walked into Omo by Jont with the expectation that I would not appreciate all the menu had to offer. I found that even with this limitation I still had an experience that far surpassed my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance set the tone. The space is designed with care, and it’s clear that attention to detail extends beyond the meals that are prepared. Our service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was welcoming, informative, and genuinely friendly. They didn’t just serve—they guided, educated, and engaged. This made the experience both comfortable and memorable. Even I could appreciate the artistry and care that went into each course. Every dish was presented with intention, and the thoughtfulness that went into the experience was obvious. Omo by Jont delivers more than a meal—it offers an elevated, immersive evening. Whether you're a connoisseur or just exploring something remarkable, you're in good hands here.

   Tonight’s visit to Omo in Winter Park was more than a dinner—it was a celebration of life, health, and strength. As a solo diner, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but from the moment I arrived, the experience unfolded like a perfectly aged bottle of wine: rich, full-bodied, and thoughtfully curated. The ambiance was warm and welcoming—dimly lit, with modern yet earthy aesthetics that created a sophisticated, yet unpretentious atmosphere. What stood out most was the attention to detail, especially from the staff, who were both attentive and engaging. They were well-versed in the menu and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, including the subtle yet thoughtful act of adjusting place settings to accommodate my being left-handed. That kind of awareness is rare—and appreciated. I opted for the excursion wine pairing, and it did not disappoint. Each pour was expertly selected to complement the flavors of the meal, and the sommelier’s knowledge made the journey not just enjoyable, but enlightening. I found myself deep in conversation with both staff and fellow patrons—a true testament to the communal, elevated energy the team at Omo cultivates. This was more than a meal. It was an experience of intentional hospitality and refined indulgence. I would recommend Omo to anyone looking for a place where service, taste, and atmosphere intersect flawlessly. I’ll certainly be returning—and next time, bringing others along to share in the excellence.
