   Great experience at Olive Garden Verve as usual. We were immediately accommodated upon letting them know of our reservation. Took our order and served them quite fast enough. Only downside was unli Sangrias weren't available at the time we dined. Aside from that, great food, good portions and warm service. A fam fave and will definitely be back.

   It was just a fair experience. Food is ok. We enjoyed the chicken and gnocchi soup - didnt see any gnocchi tho. Salad was ok. There's 1 serving we weren't given any parmesan cheese and dressing was a tad bit on the salad. Breadsticks were salty on 1 batch and was ok on the other. When I booked the reservation, there's an option to indicate Birthday celebration. But when we got there we had to ask 2-3 times about the dessert for the Birthday Celebrant. It took almost 30 mins to process our bill. The dessert was given after bill was settled.

   Had a good time eating dinner @ BGC branch. Unlimited soup and bread stick are the best. Service is exceptional. Shirt rubs is flavorful and very tender.

   Visiting on Valentines Day night for dinner, and a table waiting for us at the exact reservation time which was nice. Initial service and food was good, refills for the endless refills was lacking.

   Very slow service, provided a low cocktail table for dinner despite making a reservation, very hot/low aircon. Expected better service and attention from the waitstaff for the high price of food - getting the attention of the staff took too long, and requests for water/refills were forgotten and had to be followed-up. A low table suitable for drinks was also initially provided, and had to request multiple times to be moved to a more comfortable table for dinner despite making a standard reservation via OpenTable. The airconditioning was also set quite low and my party was sweating inside the restaurant. Overall disappointed with the quality of the service, particularly given the high prices of the food.

   They need additional waiting staff to accommodate patrons. Almost full when we arrived and waiting staff are most occupied when we need something

    The place had no air conditioning and it doesn’t help that there was another door at the side of the restaurant which allows hot air from outside to come in The aircon in our area at the end of the room was leaking - need to be cleaned The service was so poor - staff had to be called so many times to attend to us The berry sangria was awful - tasted like cough syrup The other drinks were also bad - change your bar tender Definitely not the Olive Garden I tried in the USA - this is a let down Will never go back
