   The camp creek location might be better but I did not like the downtown one. The hostesses were not welcoming nor did they speak. We had a reservation at 6 and she told us to wait when we arrived. There were plenty of open tables for 2 people downstairs and in front of us. After waiting 25 minutes I went and asked another hostess how long was the wait because we reserved. She picked up menus, said follow her and placed us at a table that had been empty the whole time. If I wouldn't have asked we would still be waiting. Why didnt the first hostess seat us. The table we were placed was extremely cramped ( elbow to elbow)for my long legs and I couldn't hardly sit comfortably, I get Charlie horse cramps quick. I asked our nice waitress if I could move to one of the other empty tables with more leg room or downstairs at one of the empty stool tables, she came back and said the hostess said no....?????? I've never been to a restaurant where we couldn't move to another table. I was cramped. I couldn't enjoy myself. I would've left but it was my daughter's birthday and she wanted to try the food. I'm very easy breezy but I believe in great customer service because word of mouth grows your business.

   1. The seating arrangement upstairs is to tight/close for two people. I asked if we could change our seat to another two table seating with more space. 2. I was told the other seat was reserved. The waitresses had tables up and downstairs which cause a problem with service. It was difficult for her work up and downstairs. 3. The grill wing wasn’t completely done. 4. The crab cakes was AWESOME. The restaurant didn’t meet my expectations....My daughter attends Spelman and we will look for another restaurant to have lunch or dinner when I visit. Thanks for asking...

   This was a great place to eat. Very tasteful and gresr prices. Food took a lil long coming out but that’s fine.

   The service could have been a lot better, our waitress barely serviced us we kept asking for refills with drinks or green beans she never brought them we were looking for her but we saw her going to other tables but our, I really wanted devil eggs which they ran out my chicken was I feel over cooked it was fried to hard but the atmosphere was really nice I love seeing the pictures on the wall and the whole vibe but the waitress just killed the whole vibe

   They were out of fried deviled eggs at noon. It took 80 minutes to get our food. The Diet Coke didn’t work downstairs. The male servers nails were very long and gross. They have fake ivy in the room we sat in downstairs, no ambience Longest I’ve ever waited for food. Very disappointed

   Music and vibe in the restaurant were great. The waitress was fun and friendly. Drinks and food were outstanding.

   I love Kandi and I came here super excited to try the food. I got the french toast and chicken which was delicious, but this restaurant has extremely poor service. The hostess was rude and unprofessional and so was our waitress.

   The food was awesome and the waitress was really nice overall I had a great time and can’t wait to go again!
