   Disappointing! ...I booked a table for New Year's Eve dinner weeks in advance, but was told they don't service food when we arrived! The lighting was poorly designed made the "dinning area" like dance floor! We had to leave and find a restaurant at 9pm... I don't understand why won't they just say they don't serve food?!??? (Luckily we found a cosy and busy Chinese restaurant nearby which saved our New Year's Eve experience!) In a way I'm glad we left because I have little faith in their food and speed....

   Lovely food, friendly staff, gorgeous cocktails and an absolutely fabulous terrace! Just what Swansea needs!

   We turned up early but the waiter was more than happy to sort out a free table for us. ( 13th December 5pm ) Five of us ordered food but unfortunately 4 meals turned up and we then had to wait 15 minutes for the 5th meal The waiter was excellent however and adjusted the bill accordingly. The food was okay but the waiter was very good and made our visit a happy one. Would recommend the venue to others and would certainly go back myself.

   Just want to go to Cuban restaurant but no Cuban music neither Cuban atmosphere which is pitty.

   Really nice food but menu a little limited and could provide better choice of gluten free puds.

   Had my first meal with friends here the other night -service was little slow and both the waitresses weren’t very talkative-had to ask for more drinks ! food was lovely we had the 3 choices of burgers and sticky toffee pudding lovely-I think it’s just the staff had little experience as they have only been open short while .

   Loved the venue. Especially the balcony with the heaters and cars. The starters were lovely except the pulled pork balls were really dry could of added a sauce with them instead of the dried fruit pieces. That dish also came out later than everyone else’s dish. The waitress forgot to add the last starter to the order, she also forgot how we wanted the steak which was fine but considering there were only 5 tables full in there thought service should have been at its best. The drinks were really good. The mains were average, the chicken and beef burger were really dry and the meat was tough. The steak was chewy but the Cubano sandwich was really good and the sauces were good. The black beans that came as a side were really dry, some of the food just didn’t taste fresh as if it had been sitting around for ages. Definitely would come back as it’s a new place and lots of time and room for improvements.

   First of all we had to wait for a table as it wasn’t ready. It took over an hour to have our main course. I had to ask on several occasions if the food was going to be long as the time taken was a lifetime. When food came my partners meal was cold. A friends meal was wrong and was only offered an alternative meal instead. Service was very slow also. Very disappointed to be honest and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they improve their general service and catering and staff
