   The review is for the Artesian Restaurant, not the spa itself. It was fantastic! Great food and service. The atmosphere was very nice too. The menu was very varied. Something for everyone. I also looked at the plates of other diners and their food looked great too. The prices were surprisingly fair, considering it’s the only restaurant there and has zero competition. I thought they would be much higher. We will definitely go back.

   We had the best experience. The waiter was very nice and recognized it was our anniversary and gave us well wishes. The food was great. Blue corn muffins were the best.

   Server very nice but dropped container of ketchup that nearly splashed on one of us, restaurant out of the wine we wanted, salad mistakenly came undressed. With that said, there are no alternatives within 30 minutes so pretty decent value and the spa outs you in a great mood. The buffalo short ribs were fantastic. Fajitas solid too.

   Jacob is a good waiter. Had the kale salad for the second night. It was that good! Kudos to the kitchen staff for the beautiful plating!

   Kale salad is excellent. Steak was prepared well and tasted great.

   The steak was cooked as requested. The server was excellent. The restaurant has a lock on folks staying at Ojo so they could get away with lesser quality and service, but they seem to strive for high levels.

    My boyfriend wanted to go there for his birthday and he was very happy! Be sure to make a reservation as the restaurant fills up with hotel guests (we were day trippers). I got the mussels for my entree even though it was listed as an appetizer. Delicious and more than enough. My partner got the fajitas and he couldn’t finish either! Finally they provided a chocolate lava cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream to celebrate his birthday! A great experience
