   Loved our pre-theater dinner experience. Food/service/view were outstanding. And 20% theater discount was a bonus!

   They had a trivia going on and it was way too loud. Only a few of the people there were playing, but it was on all the speakers throughout the restaurant. We had a hard time talking to each other and it kind of ruined the night for us. I wish we got a notice about the trivia so we could have booked somewhere else or at a different time

   It's the only restaurant at Navy Pier that offers a vegan option. The plant based steak is excellent. Comes with cimmicurri sauce and grilled asparagus. We also had a side of fries which were very good. Outstanding views too.

   Off Shore on April 16, 2025 a great destination for Happy Hour and then Dinner after a 1 p.m. matinee at Shakespeare Theater. Cocktails, wine and food met all expectations, and service was excellent. One warning to Offshore Rooftop customers, beware of Parking rates! Our theater group was celebrating a birthday, lost track of time, exceeded six hour special $22. rate for theater and we all got slammed with $47. parking fee.

   The menu is small and very simple but everything tastes great. Drinks were very well made. The ambiance is amazing can be romantic or family friendly. AMAZING viewed. And the service was excellent.

   We made a reservation specifically for Happier Hour, only to find out it was not Happier hour. The reservations for Happier Hour should be disabled for the times that do not apply

    The views are stunning, but they don’t make up for inadequacies in food and service. My “Caesar” salad was a mediocre mix of less than fresh romaine, canned Parmesan, a single breaded and fried anchovy, and honey mustard dressing. Server kept disappearing. Hostess was impersonal and not welcoming.
