The Saturday night Jazz buffet was a little underwhelming. Although you feel like you’re on vacation- the food could have been better. Ambience is nice. A large number of ‘basic’ pasta dishes & a custom pasta bar. There was a lot of salad kale dishes. Beef carpaccio was the highlight. Not an abundance of seafood options and there was no carving station. The dessert table had an array of options. Our seating time was 7:15pm (opening is at 6pm) and unfortunately food dishes were already sparse and slowly topped up. It was empty by 9pm. Jazz music was nice but there was a series of technical difficulties with their sound system (piercing to the ears at times). Pricing was ok.. $78 adults/$68 seniors. One try is enough. They seem more prepared for the next day’s Sunday brunch.

Our party of 13 had a memorable experience with delicious food and excellent service by Jane who was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. Her positive attitude, humor, and radiant smile is what made our experience at Oceans a 5 star experience. Thanks Jane for your patience and kindness and the other staff who made sure food was continuously replenished.

We arrived a bit early and realized that the table set aside for us was too close to the Jazz band. (They were very good) and so the staff were so patient and helpful in trying to help us choose and alternative while obviously balancing their own task of finding tables for everyone else. One server told us we could sit in a temporary place in her section and then she would move us to a preferred table asap.........................we actually found the temporary table quite suitable so all ended happily. The buffet spread was awesome. and the happy , happy Birthday celebration at a nearby massive table added to the festive, pleasant atmosphere. A very enjoyable evening. where too much was eaten and now I am swearing off buffets for good . It is a matter of great satisfaction that yours was the one . Loved it.......for whenever, I fall off that wagon,....we will definitely be back at Ocean's 999.

I’m expecting of more seafood because of the amount I paid. And I’m searching for seafood buffet and Ocean 99 came up. I’m not happy about it.

Try to create more Asian and Europe food get more guest to develope sales business. open more time for buffet, not Saturday night only (maybe add Sunday and Holiday time - Lunch time and Dinner time) etc... Thanks so much for your restaurant all cookers and servers to services us!
