Chef Jill Mathias, Executive Chef and co-owner of Chez Nous, is known for her ever-changing, handwritten menu inspired by the rustic flavors of Southern France, Northern Spain, and Northern Italy. A Johnson and Wales graduate, she refined her craft in kitchens across the Lowcountry, as well as Seattle and Martha’s Vineyard before leading the iconic Carolina’s Restaurant in Charleston. Chef Trey Smith is co-owner and chef at Saint-Germain, an intimate tasting-menu restaurant in New Orleans' Bywater neighborhood. He collaborates with Chef Blake Aguillard and General Manager Drew DeLaughter to offer a dynamic culinary experience that blends French influences with Southern roots. Before establishing Saint-Germain, Trey strengthened his culinary skills at Restaurant August under Chef Michael Gulotta. He later joined Mopho as the opening chef de cuisine and contributed to the launch of Maypop. His dedication to innovative cuisine has earned him multiple nominations for "Best Chef: South" from the James Beard Foundation.

As always, service and food was excellent. Mike was our server and maintained the reputation. Chip is also a wonderful constant and asset.

It was awesome as always! It was great to see Kevin and Tracey. They always make us feel welcome and special. Trevor was attentive, friendly, professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Our family loves Oak Steakhouse and always looks forward to going there! We live in Highlands and can tell you that as “Locals” we have never been disappointed with a meal or a drink. The staff are phenomenal, and it’s a beautiful restaurant! (Beautiful year round, actually.) Highly recommend!
