   Something was really off with our server last night. His body language and attitude toward us was terrible. We felt like we were burdening him by asking for things like, can we order another glass of wine or can you not take the bread yet because we aren’t finished with it? He just seemed truly annoyed with us throughout the meal and we have no idea why. The food was ok, but we probably won’t be back. Pretty disappointed.

When our manager stops by to ask how you are doing, please let us know if you feel this way. We would rather fix the issue right then and there rather than have you leave disappointed.    Had an awesome dining experience at Oak Steakhouse. Food was great and service from the greeter to the server was top notch. My steak was perfectly cooked. I’ll definitely come back here

   Oak is a convenient location for those that live in old town or nearby, however, the price relative to the size of the dishes, and on top of that the way over priced drinks, make it low on our list. We are reminded of this each time we go this now our third time. We ordered a 16 ounce ribeye that was $80 and 30% was pure fat. Go to Ruth Chris or Morton’s instead you get more bang for your buck , more choices, and frankly better quality.

   Hello Josh, This is very disappointing for us to read, especially because we take such pride in the qulaity of our beef. We teach our servers and our managers to stop by and check to see if our guests are enjoying their meal. Did you say anything to your server or the manager when they asked?    My second time here. The food is amazing and the staff is just great. No rushed dinners service was impeccably. Manager stopped by several times to make sure all was good. Just a great steak house !

   It is a consistent favorite! The food is always great. Don’t miss the crispy Brussels or the hummingbird bread pudding!

   My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Oak Steakhouse! Our server Enrique was incredible. He was so attentive and made the evening special. We will definitely be back!
