   The restaurant appeared to be terribly understaffed. Our party gathered at the bar in the front of the restaurant and spent the first 30-40 minutes waiting for other people in our party. We were never offered drinks. We asked for drinks a couple times, but the servers were too busy and never got back to us. The restaurant was only 1/3 full at the time. The server took way too long to get to our table and take our orders. We ordered an appetizer, but we never received it and were not charged for it. Half of our party ended up not placing orders and leaving because of the amount of time it took our server. The food was actually pretty good, but the experience would have been much better with better service. The restaurant lost out on a lot of drink and food orders, because they were not ready for business.

   Decent. Some items were good. I wouldn’t bother going there again.

   Food is outstanding. Mongolian beef had more than just green onions and wasn't too saucy. The hot braised chicken was lightly wok-fried and spicy.

   The atmosphere, staff and food were exceptional. When we walked in the atmosphere felt calm and relaxing. I am usually a bit of a picky eater - the food was so wonderful that I wanted to go back the next day. When being served the food came out quickly and the waiter was polite and not overly courteous.

   I use to love eating at O so I was glad to see that it reopened. The food was excellent although the menu doesn't offer the Garlic Shrimp as in the past. Service was very good. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday night but the weather was very cold and it was New Years weekend. I'll definitely go back.

   The food was good and for a change you could carry on a conversation without trying to talk over the other guests. Service was great and the waiter was very helpful and always attentive. The one thing that was disappointing was the fact that the menu at the restaurant was not as shown in the Open Table website when I made this reservation. Items we were looking forward to try were no where to be found. That was disappointing.

   2.5 Stars. Fair to Good. Would we go back? Probably not. LONGER VERSION: We used to live in Omaha and now live in Denver and remember O many years ago and it was very good. This time, we would both rate it as Fair+. We were visiting Omaha and made reservations at 6 pm and was surprised to find we were the ONLY people in the restaurant. SERVICE: Very good, but again we were the only ones there. FOOD: My wife had the Mongolian Beef, I had the Chicken Teriyaki with brown rice. Both dishes were kind of bland, we both expected them to have a "pop" with fresh flavors and textures. My wife is Asian and a former chef, so we think it was a fair evaluation. Did not eat the leftovers. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is set up for more of a club, with a DJ booth, bar, and Dance floor being prominent. The awnings outside are ripped and the overall decor is dark (and dated.) This place could use some work. We are trying not to be critical, but as an OpenTable VIP with over 100 restaurants reviewed, and an average rating of 4.25, O needs a shift in an upward direction if it wants to compete in the Old Market area.

    One of our favorite places in Omaha. Definitely an old market restaurant to check out. It's always super quiet, which I don't understand, but we have never been disappointed.
