   We dined as a table of five and had a disappointing experience. I ordered a medium tomahawk steak, but it arrived rare and was also cold. The appetizers were served 15 minutes after the main dishes, completely throwing off the meal’s flow. While I rated the service four stars, I believe the main issue lies with the kitchen rather than the waiter. However, I did notice that guests who arrived after us received their food before we did, which was frustrating. For a high $$$ I expected much better quality and service. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price, making it overall quite disappointing

   The restaurant is very good. The meat had an exceptional taste. The staff was very friendly. I hope we will come again.

   We made a reservation for 19:30, yet we were kept waiting at the door for 30 minutes due to overbooking. Despite being a party of two, they tried to seat us at a large round table for five, which felt uncomfortable. During the waiting period, no complimentary drinks or gestures were offered to make up for the delay. When we politely declined the suggested table after a long wait, the staff responded with “I guess you are hungry and tense”, which was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Their customer service and attitude were disappointing, and we ultimately left without dining and chose another restaurant instead. Would not recommend.

   Ortam biraz eski ve mütevazı. Servis elemanları saygılı. Küşleme ve hamburger doyurucu ve lezzetli idi.

   Das Fleisch hat sehr gut geschmeckt New York/Lokum/Antrikot. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam! Havuc Dilimi Baklava ist das beste was ich je gegessen habe. Der Cappuccino dazu war das beste, das ich in der Türkei getrunken habe. Zuletzt vor 3 Jahren das Restaurant besucht. Ein wiederkommen hat sich gelohnt. Vielen Dank!

   ankara olmasinin esintileri var diye dusunuyorum, mekan sheratonin tam karsisinda olmasina ragmen luks ya da cok ust duzey demek zordu. lokum burger, nusret burger, sogan cicegi, tulum peynirli salata, havuc dilimi aldik. performansi yuksek gercekten, bayadir nusreti deneyimlemek istiyordum. nusret burger acik ara favorimizdi. lokum da guzeldi, daha iyisi de saniyorum vardir. hamburgerin yaninda gelen patates ve en sonda getirdikleri cay falsoydu. cay tabagi, tabak canak secimleri ve patates tava kalitesi beni cok sasirtti. fine dining bi yer icin biraz asagidaydi, ama genel olarak cok lezzetliydi. sogan cicegi icin once sonuncuyu az once verdik dendi, saat daha 6’ydi, sonra ayarlayalim dendi ve geldi tuhafti

    The lights may be incorrectly designed, more green tones and flower trees. the seats are uncomfortable. There is no place to hang jackets and coats, or there is no one interested.
