   I took some out-of-town business associates to Nube for the first time - wanted a rooftop that was close to our office. I was pleasantly surprised. Even though it's a rooftop, there's both indoor and outdoor dining. And both are fantastic. We booked an outside table and had a wonderful view of the beach. The cocktails were excellent and the food was delicious - the server steered us in the right direction every time. The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 isn't because of the place at all. We just had a very big, very energetic (aka beyond noisy) group right beside us that dampened our experience a bit. So if you're looking for quiet and romantic, this might not fill the bill, depending on the crowd.

   Absolutely unforgettable evening at Nubé Rooftop! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance set the tone—elegant, elevated, and effortlessly chic. The view alone is worth the visit, offering a stunning panoramic skyline that pairs beautifully with every bite and sip. Speaking of bites—the oysters with yuzu foam were a flavor explosion: fresh, briny, and perfectly balanced with that citrusy foam. Truly an unparalleled taste experience. I also had one of their signature smoked cocktails—a showstopper both in presentation and flavor. Bold, smooth, and just the right amount of drama. Service was equally impressive. My server was attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure I was well taken care of throughout the evening. The rest of the menu did not disappoint—everything was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in both creativity and quality. Nubé Rooftop is the full package—a feast for the senses and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food, stellar service, and a view that leaves you breathless. Can’t wait to return!

   Exceptional food, exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, sat in the high top by the glass wall, a little breezy through the gaps….. not sure why they don’t use clear plastic gaskets between there as the wind howls through the cracks Definitely go back there again !!

   Great place for bar bites and creative drinks. But the views of the ocean are the main attraction

   The experience was very good, ambience super nice, the food was ok, but at the moment to pay i give to my server a card for buy one a get one free up to 4 people for drink and in the end she tell me that the discount was applied for just 1 drink I decided to do not spend my time asking why because I don’t want be mad for this situation thank you

   Great ambiance and amazing food with an amazing view, if they didn’t have a 2 hour limit we would have definitely stayed longer.

   I love it!!!! The view there is absolutely beautiful I love the sea and I was fascinated by the way the restaurant is designed. Everything was good the food, the drinks and our server✨🥹 thank you so much for making this very special as I requested!
