   I want to start by saying although many people knock hotel restaurants, I don't have that prejudice. The environment is typical of hotel lobby restaurants, but it offers a seating area behind the lobby lounge, so it is private enough for a quiet dinner for two. The menu is not extensive, but it has some very good entrees, salads, and sandwiches. It would be fine for dinner or lunch. The cocktails are good, and reasonably priced. I had roast duck and my wife had short ribs gnocchi. Both were prepared in atypical ways. The duck without a fruit glaze, and the gnocchi in a brown gravy, but both were very good. Our server was very cheerful and attentive, and our meals arrived in a timely manner. IIt was a very nice evening, and we would both recommend it.

   Wonderful dinner on a very busy convention weekend at the hotel. Wait staff (especially Ashley) were quick, courteous, and efficient. Food was fresh and prepared well. Overall a great dining experience.

   Not as advertised. The food is fine but the ambiance is horrible on weekends. Too many wedding parties at dinner hour having a snack or drink before their festivities. The entire place echos and was overall a poor experience.

   Was in the area for business, thought this would be the restaurant overlooking the golf-course, hills and Hamlet. But actually it has NO view, and is a few tables in the bar. Poor service. No placemats, no request for second round of cocktails, our waiter just seemed, not interested in being a waiter. The restaurant was not busy, he was clearly not overwhelmed, Overall, disappointed !
