   Food excellent - se nice was almost non existent. I ordered green tea - took forever to get a server to refill. I was charged $48 for 2 green teas.

   The food, and specially the sushi, prepared with great care by Matsuzaki-san is certainly one of the best in town. His neta-shari balance is perfect and you can taste every small and hidden flavor in this master crafted sushi. Service is attentive and adds positively to the experience. Personally, I think sometimes there is a bit more food than necessary in the whole omakase. At a certain point this could be somewhat uncomfortable - but, again, this is a very personal feeling.

Chef Matsu San guided us through each course with exceptional knowledge and passion, readily answering our questions and enhancing our appreciation of every dish presented. While this exclusivity might seem limiting, it actually creates an atmosphere of personal connection and attention that larger establishments simply cannot match. For those fortunate enough to secure a reservation, I strongly recommend exploring their whiskey collection. The selection features rare finds that would impress even the most discerning connoisseur. If you find yourself overwhelmed by choices, sommelier Alex offers expert guidance tailored to your preferences. Noz 17 delivers not just a meal, but a complete sensory experience where exceptional food, personalized service, and intimate ambiance combine to create something truly remarkable.    100/10 experience, felt like being back in Japan. 6 guests total in the restaurant provided such personal and intimate service. Food was outstanding and so original and creative. Could not recommend more for adventurous eaters looking for something really special.

   We had a very enjoyable meal at Noz 17 ! Chef Matsu-san offers a wide variety of subtle flavors and master-crafted niguiris that are perfectly balanced !!! Congratulations !

   Matsuzaki san is awesome! Almost all fish come from Japan and ingredient is super. One of best sushi place in the city. If you want Edo experience this is the place.

   An excellent meal in an intimate setting. A very interesting combination of cooked and uncooked dishes beautifully presented. Will definitely be back.
