Noz Market first opened its doors in October 2020, providing New Yorkers with a resource for high-end seafood, Japanese accoutrements, and delicious prepared sushi and sashimi.

Past the hand roll bar and market front, a bamboo-lined hallway gives way to an intimate 10-seat counter where guests choose from two menu options: the Classic Menu ($90/person) and the Chef's Menu ($155/person). Lunch Omakase ($90/person) is available from Friday-Sunday.

At our table seating, we offer an la carte menu of plated dishes, many of which also appear on our delivery menu.

Reservations for our omakase counter and back tables are now available seven days a week. We look forward to hosting you!

    Experience Noz Market Omakase at our 10-seat sushi counter. The Chef's Menu includes one otsumami (appetizer), 10 nigiri, 1 uni course, 1 maki roll, miso soup, tamago, and dessert for $155 per person. Guests are always welcome to order additional sushi and hand rolls from our à la carte menu at the conclusion of their meal. If reservations are sold out at your preferred time, give us a call at (646) 669-7435 to inquire about walk-in availability. Please note that we are unable to accommodate rice-free or vegan menus. We kindly ask that guests communicate all dietary restrictions upon booking their reservation.

    The food was excellent and service was very good. While I understand the pricing for the omakase, I do think the drink prices was a little exorbitant. The sushi chef was very skilled, however very difficult to understand and couldn't quite make out what each nigiri was that he was serving.

    OK omakase for the price -- had a few quite chewy cuts, which I wouldn't expect from a place of this caliber. (Probably better for handroll happy hour / to-go boxes)

    Absolutely unbelievable. Such a great experience lovely service and the most fresh fish I have ever had. Perfect for a special occasion.
