A collaboration between executive chef, Yung Ngo Hong, and hospitality experts, Alex Maufroy and Benoit Nanquette, NOW & ZEN presents a full Asian dining experience with traditional aromas, flavors and textures, against the backdrop of a sleek, contemporary décor. Executive chef Yung Ngo Hong has a South Vietnamese cultural background and a paternal grandfather of Chinese descent. His grandparents opened the first Vietnamese restaurant in Paris in 1956, and with skills he acquired watching them prepare traditional Vietnamese cuisine, he brings a rich heritage to the table at NOW & ZEN.
