From the minute I walked in, the hostess staff was so unpleasant. Just to make contact was a struggle. It took 3 attempts to just check in. The server was miserable and it took 25 min just to receive our drinks. Never mind, trying to order a second glass of wine. I have no idea why anyone comes here. Probably the worst service I have had in Vegas in years. Terrible experience.

Had a wonderful dinner here with Shane as our server. The lasagna bianca was delicious and the strozzapreti was fantastic, as always. Don’t skip the white truffle garlic bread either! Would absolutely request Shane again - he was attentive, super friendly and we never felt rushed.

Meatball appetizer was not even average, Tasted like a frozen supermarket product. Bruschetta was on bread like a loaf white bread and overpowered by the cheese, could not find the prosciutto. Our main dish of short rib lasagna was so over salted . We had a side of spicy broccoli that arrived ice cold. One of the worst dinners we have had. Will not return.

Having dined previously several times at North Italia, the food & service were excellent. This prompted us to return for Easter Day. HOWEVER, the mussels were sold out at 2:00 in the afternoon???; lemons for water were needed to be twice requested & despite asking for bread it was never brought to the table! The pasta finally arrived luke warm. We’ll be thinking long & hard before we return. Never expected sub par service or food on such a special day!
