   We ate here twice during our stay at the Hyatt. We had the same server, Thais, both times. While the food was excellent both visits, Thais made our nights with warm hospitality, knowledgeable service and in-depth information about the food. We sampled the seaweed and crab salads, which are generous portions and could be shared. The pork egg rolls were yummy. The sushi rolls were a generous size and our favorite was the Orange dragon. We sat outside both times in the Asian garden and were treated to carp jumping around in a romantic atmosphere. I highly recommend a visit.

   If your going to Nori, go for the Hibachi experience. The sushi side of the restaurant lacks in many fields. The miso soup and soy sauce have a bucket of salt for flavor. Some of the rolls are questionable. You would expect a better sushi experience from a sushi restaurant on a island in the middle of the Caribbean. 2 Stars.

   Sushi rolls were surprisingly great. Great maki combos. Noise level is pretty high due to the teppanyaki tables, but otherwise a fun ambiance

   Have to choose Teppanaki or sushi side. We ate on sushi side. Menu was very limited. California rolls were premade, rice was cold (like in supermarket)!! Fried rice was tasteless and expensive ($13 for small single person portion). complained to mgr and she removed all 3 we had ordered from bill (good service). Got some sort of spring roll that was nothing exciting also. Hubby and one son got rolls they liked (not loved) so it was <50% success for expensive food. the ambiance was nice - outdoor dining jutting out into koi pond but had some odd music choices that didn't fit decor.

    Angelo, our waiter, was awesome! Energetic, friendly and made excellent recommendations. The food was delicious, dragon roll spice was perfect amount and unique. The Crispy Fire roll was delicious for a warm roll. The Pinot Noir was one of the best I’ve had and the Mia Tai was ridiculously good. But the best part, Ginger fried cheese lollipops with sorbet…wow! Worth the it!
