   Our second time dining at Nonbei. Always so good. Service is great and they have a good range of sake. The staff are always so friendly and attentive. Will be back again!

   Awesome food delivered to our table in a timely manner by friendly and approacheable staffs. A lovely surprise dessert from a manager. We had a great evening thanks to the amazing staff and awesome food :)

   I recently had an amazing dinner with my family at Nonbei Sake Bar & BBQ. It was such a fun experience to try authentic Japanese barbecue. The restaurant has a huge variety of Japanese dishes, each with its own unique flavour that takes you straight to Japan. We tried some of the classics and some lesser-known dishes, all cooked to perfection on the traditional Japanese grill. One of the best parts of the night was the incredible sake tasting flight. We got to try a bunch of different sakes, each with its own special taste and smell. The staff were attentive and always ready when food was required. It was a fun and educational experience, and we got to try some really delicious drinks too. our dinner at Nonbei Sake Bar & BBQ was a culinary adventure that I highly recommend to anyone who loves Japanese food or is looking for something new. It was a great night filled with yummy food, great company, and an awesome sake tasting journey.

   Amazing experience - my partner and I have wanted to try here for a while and so stoked we did. Food was amazing in a great atmosphere. The staff were friendly. Highly recommend.

   Fabulous! Food was amazing and the service was great! They did everything to accommodate one of our coeliac guests and couldn’t have been more helpful! Loved the wagu and everything else, great cocktails too. We will be back for sure!

    We think Nonbei is the best Japanese BBQ in Brisbane. The high quality of the produce and bountiful range on the menu is impressive. The staff take great pride in their product and service, both were exceptional. The staff are very warm, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing time for our anniversary. We recommend the Delux menu; our favourite items being... EVERYTHING! Especially the wagyu rump cap, Salmon sashimi, cabbage salad, wagyu Sukiyaki, premium ox tongue, waguy inside skirt, chicken karaage and wagyu tataki with truffle oil. Even the kimchee was delicious! You can purchase sake tasting sets and all you can drink softdrink package too if you wish. The venue is warm, cozy and inviting, full of character and the seats were comfortable- we were placed in a booth. We will be back again and can't wait to return! Fantastic value for money and incredible service! We live in the South West and travelled approx 1 hour to visit - recommend parking in China Town (make sure you pre-book online with the carpark for a better deal). Nonbei is a 2 min walk from the carpark at China Town. Thank you Nonbei for an incredible evening, super happy and impressed with our experience.
