   Everyone - the hostess, bar staff, wait staff, and chefs were wonderful. They all paid special attention to each one of us to make sure we were happy. The food and drink pairings were outstanding. We will be back!

   This experience was top-notch! We chose the Chef’s Table for the 20- course meal and wine pairing. We were treated to an amazing culinary show, wine expertise fro the incomparable Suzanne, killer bartender (Sam!) and amazing interactions with the chefs. We would do this over again in a heartbeat and encourage anyone who wants the full fledge experience of bold, courageous and ingenious preparation and presentation to book your spot as soon as possible. We left very full and incredibly happy. Hats off to you, Chef Ryan and your amazing team!

   Nomad was a unique culinary experience. The most interesting meal I've ever had. If you are a food lover, I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly. I also suggest getting the wine pairings. They were excellent.

   Service and food lacking. They messed up our reservation and downgraded us from the Chefs Tasting to the regular tasting. It turns out that was probably a good thing as of the 10 or so courses on the regular tasting menu only about 3 were enjoyable. They are putting a tremendous amount of technique and work into each dish but the flavors are often way out of balance or even mismatched. For example I could see the geoduck in the geoduck dish but the sauce was so overpowering I couldn't taste the geoduck at all.

   It is amazing meal with so much fresh ingredients and can see the creative combination of ingredients, textures, method of cocking and tastes. The dessert dishes are much simple, can make them more complex and vary the ingredients and type. The wine pairing is excellent. It is very expensive meal.

    Chef Ryan Fox is wonderful. The food is thoughtful, delightful, creative, and most importantly delicious. Sitting at the chef's counter was a treat, for sure. The service and wine pairing was also top notch. This was our second visit, and we look forward to next time!
