   Nolita is not merely a restaurant; it’s a love letter written in salt, smoke, and dreams. Each dish arrives like a whispered secret, carried on a southern breeze and placed gently at your table. The bluefin tuna glides across the palate like a silk ribbon on bare skin — delicate, pure, unforgettable. The stone crab, bold and noble, tastes like the ocean chose its favorite child and sent it to Warsaw. And then, the dessert: a wild, impossible dance of black caviar and white chocolate — sweet, briny, decadent — like tasting the edge of a star being born. At Nolita, you don’t simply dine — you ascend. Michelin found a cathedral of flavor at Wilcza, and all of us pilgrims are better for it.

   One of the best meals I have ever had. We had the classic tasting menu and it was spectacular. The chef curated the meal and gave us insight to what he had done and why to bring out the flavor. His balance of flavor was impeccable. Nothing overpowering and yet every bite delivered a robust explosion of flavor. Truly out of this world. Why he doesn’t have a Michelin star is nothing more than a shame.

   Bardzo profesjonalna obsługa, rewelacyjne jedzenie, klimat cudowny. Dostaliśmy uroczy podarunek w formie ciasteczka ze świeczką z okazji świętowania naszej 8 rocznicy 😍

   One of the best experiences we ever had in any restaurants. We came to celebrate birthday of my wife with our little son 7y and they also took care of him amazingly, prepared him some nice fish with vegetables and rice on side and little ice cream - everything on point. And to our food - it was just delicious! One of best steaks I ever had (Wagyu A5) and in general an outstanding food quality. Thx a lot for this amazing experience guys ! You made our evening and birthday just amazing !!!!

   Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt, hat aber längst nicht der Qualität entsprochen, die man für den Preis erwartet hatte. Ambiente ist gut.
