   The ambience was chilly, which I think is common in American restaurants, but I expected better from one that calls itself “Italian.” The decor looked like a decent pizza place, not a cozy, inviting restaurant. I guess that’s part of being a hotel restaurant, but this is the Ritz-Carlton, so we had higher expectations. The food wasn’t great. It seemed like they were trying to make up for the quality with quantity. The cicchetti (cheese and meats with veggies) appetizer should have been for two or three people, and the tomato bisque appetizer could have been shared. The spaghetti and meatballs were huge and off-putting to look at. The Mortadella Tortellini was okay - a bit more al dente than I like, but that’s just me. The espresso and non-alcoholic cocktails were great, though. The service was okay, but could have been more friendly and attentive. Overall, $160 (including tip) wasn’t a great deal. We won’t be coming back.

   Had a reservation at 745pm. Got to the restaurant at 750pm still waited for table until 8pm. Waited for drinks for 30min. Then waited for 20min for a piece cake dessert.

   We loved our experience at Nolita at the Ritz Carlton last night! The food and drinks were delicious and the service from Annalee and Victorija was excellent! We had a good cocktail at the bar and then dined Al fresco on the covered patio. Loved it!

   From the minute we walked in, the staff was pleasant, smiling and helpful. People said hello before I did, which is rare! We ate outside on a beautiful, breezy evening and dinner was delicious. When we finished dinner our waiter walked us across the property to your beach Gumbo Limbo. There we got to see the sunset on our first night in Naples! What a treat. We walked into the lobby and finished our drink, people watching. There were many young families with children and everyone seemed so peaceful. I kept thinking how beautiful a setting for a wedding. I can only imagine what the hotel rooms look like! It was a pleasant experience and we will return before our trip back to Connecticut! Thank you for the royal treatment. Lisa Devine

   Love coming to Nolita with my family for a pre or post sunset dinner. Pizzas, beef carpaccio, salads, other hot apps, & wine… perfection. Anna Lee is by far the best, most personable and hospitable waitress and we are lucky to have gotten her tonight. Thank you for yet another great experience!!

   Albert was the best server, bartender. He made our dining experience special and was very attentive throughout. I would definitely dine here again based on our fabulous time. Thank you!

    Good food and service. Would have liked if they asked us about seating preferences. Restaurant was empty .. they sat us near the bar. Much better seats available
