   A great experience overall. A fun atmosphere, amazing service, wonderful and friendly staff, and delicious seasonal dishes. On the menu: • Beet: Lonza, Chives Sour cream, Blood Sorrel • Salade blanche: Endives, Radicchio, Manchego, Honeycrisp, King Mushrooms • Cabbage: Ranch, Piperade, Anchovy • Crab: Homemade POM Bread, Tarragon, Quebec Ginger • Striploin (PEI): Forestière Sauce, Potato straws, Persillade • Beef: Honey Mustard, Louis d'Or, Sweet Potatoes • Panna Cotta: Mocha, Greek Yogourt, Oranges Gel • ...and a bunch of delicious, custom made cocktails.

   Soirée parfaite ! Service impeccable, serveurs efficaces, attentionnés et professionnels. Bravo au chef pour un repas exceptionnel. Une des meilleures adresses à Montréal actuellement.

   Très belle expérience encore une fois bouffe et service extra seul bémol les tables sont assez rapprochées mais sinon nous y retournerons

   The food was subpar... we were served a cold pasta after waiting 20 mins. And.... I'm all for al dente... but this was undercooked. But.... what made up for the not so great food, was the staff was really nice. The beef tartar was very good out of all the things we ordered. We didn't want to make a fuss and didn't return anything, but not sure if we'd go back.

   We were seated in the far back and awkwardly sitting in the bar/kitchen area so we were crammed. The menu was overall nothing special and the portions were underwhelming for the price. We will definitely not go back.

   Great experience at Nolan. Always the freshest food. Owner Abel is the hardest working individual! Also Charles head chef is the G.O.A.T

    I visited this restaurant last night, and overall, I found it quite underwhelming. The food, pricing, and quality didn’t seem to align well. For the appetizer, I had the mushrooms, which consisted of just four very small, dry pieces—not worth it in my opinion. The pasta (pappardelle) was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It was simply good, but not memorable. The drinks were another disappointment. My cocktail, priced at $18, was served in a glass that was barely half full. While the taste was good, the portion size made it feel like a joke. I understand that bars have standard pour ratios, but this felt like unnecessary skimping. The menu itself was very limited, offering very few choices. While the experience wasn’t terrible, it wasn’t special either. Service-wise, our server was overly attentive to the point of being intrusive. He kept returning to our table repeatedly, barely giving us a chance to look at the menu in peace. In the end, I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but it certainly wasn’t worth the price or hype. I likely wouldn’t return.
