   Overall, we were not very impressed. There were service issues (it took 20 minutes for a server to come to our table and another 20 min till I had to get up and get a manager to address that we hadn’t gotten our drinks yet. Our waitress apparently had some issues, because we noticed that she was sent home. We were given a new server). The food was ok. We got different pork dishes and found that the pork didn’t have much flavor to it. The only redeeming quality was how apologetic/attentive the manager was. He offered to remove the cost our first round of drinks. However, when we received the bill, our drinks were still on it and we had to ask about them getting taken off. This review is not meant to be mean, but hopefully help the restaurant see where there are some weak spots and to leave an honest review, so that others may have a better idea of what they’re getting when they eat there. Our experience may be the exception and not the rule. It is a great location and has a lot of potential.

   We went to NOLA Cantina for Cinco de Mayo and could not have been more pleased! What a great outside courtyard and a GREAT band. The tacos were very authentic and the drink specials were a value! We will definitely be going back on our next trip.

   Where do I start? Waiting to be seated - standing there and the female manager? Sees us and attends to the group behind. Finally seated and wait 10 minutes to order. Forget the menu- only tacos are available it’s 7:30 PM. Strawberry margaritas tasted like salt water with strawberry syrup. Mango margarita was not worth finishing and I am at lest a two drink diner. Guacamole was overly seasoned with peppers and nothing else. Chicken taco had no taste at all. Absolutely the WORST dining experience I have ever had and cinco de Mayo had nothing to do with it.

   Everyone was so friendly . The bartender went the extra mile to make a handcrafted drink . The food was great. The scenery was great. I don’t remember our servers name, she has dark hair with highlights and was training a woman with shorter blonde hair . We will be back!

   A NOLA gem. Patio seating around great live music and a central pond. Great variety of hot sauces with chips were a perfect start with Sangria. The tacos were scrumptious ... try ‘em all!

   Really great interesting food and drinks. Even the cactus ketchup was delicious. Loved the Smoke and Mirrors drink

   Loved our dinner experience last night! Our server, Laura, was exceptional - very friendly, and helpful with the menu! The food was delicious and came with a $2 tequila shot!!
