NOIR is a vibrantly gold venue amidst the chrome facades of West 16th Street. The multilevel space is rich with layers of mirrors, ornate décor and elaborate lighting. The detail of the venue is equally paramount to our expert staff and their commitment to individualized service.

We welcome you to share in our NOIR experience.

Please note that we serve a prefix menu offering three or five courses. If the prefix is waived there is a liquor minimum for your table. Please be advised that parties of 1-4 guests might be seated at a hightop table.

As we are now open late night please note that our kitchen closes at midnight and we can only accommodate bar service and bottle service between 12 am and closing.

Terrible experience. We had reservations and had to wait a long time fir our table to be ready. Finally after getting our table after an hour was told kitchen closed and forced to leave. The waitress had just brought our second round of drinks and desert and a crew came and through all our table in trash ans was forced to leave because they wanted to give our table to someone else. Very unfair.

Overpriced - Rude waiter!!! We were seated after our whole party arrived.... ok, Half of our party arrived late, however, the waiter didnt have to be so rude, as he told us we had to rush to order and eat fast, as we only had a limited time for our table. Spent $587 in food and $200 drinks at the bar while waiting for the rest of our party....

My top 3 favorite dishes : Avocado tartare, Shredded brussel sprouts with quinoa & Bacon wrapped short rib skewers. Also their skirt steak is to die for, so juicy and tasty omg my mouth is watering just thinking about it! The vibe there is swanky af, dimly lit with gorgeous decor everywhere and it turns into a club a late at night!

The food was SO GOOD. The Cacio e pepe, gyozas, and salmon carpaccio were delicious. The ultramaroon cocktail was amazing as well. The staff is very friendly and fun, it’s the perfect place to get together with friends for a fun dinner night out! I recommend getting a dinner reservation around 9 if you’re looking for a nice transition from dinner to partying!

It was amazing. My close friend and I had some appetisers, sushi, lava cake and amazing drinks. The service was amazing and the food delicious! We’ll definitely be back! 💕
