   Nice location, limited menu. Grilled calamari arrived practically raw, requested that the grilled salmon be served on plain arugula, but arrived loaded with candied walnuts and cranberries (allergic to walnuts). Service was OK, but could have been more attentive. Overall not a great experience.

   A pasta dish special with cavatelli had something wrong with the cavatelli. SO I substituted angel hair (which the waitress told me was available) but the dish came out with spaghetti. They did offer to redo the dish but my partner had her food delivered and I didn't want to wait. You would think they would have at least offered a free dessert.

   We've previously eaten at Noce 77 about 4 or 5 times and always enjoyed the food. Service was always good. To our surprise, on this particular evening, the food was close to terrible. We ordered mussels, which were undercooked, in a pesto sauce which was mostly oil and had no flavor. My husband's shrimp scampi was just ok but my pasta with crab meat and shrimp in a pesto sauce was not good at all. There were a few small strands of crab meat, the shrimp were ok but again the pesto sauce was mostly oil with no flavor. The tartufo for dessert was good but the decaffeinated coffee was just ok. Although it was a week day evening, with only about 5 tables dining, the service was painstakingly slow. Don't think we will be going back.

   Completely unorganized and poorly managed. Waited 25 minutes for our table, despite a reservation on Valentine's Day. Seemed like the kitchen was backed up, but I'm not sure how bc the food for the prix fixe menu was clearly prepared ahead of time. No one seemed to know what they were doing. Multiple tables around us got incorrect orders and everyone waited a while for food. I understand Valentine's Day is busy, but it seemed as if it was everyone's first day there.. AND despite the 25 minute wait for our table and long wait for our food, they still charged us extra for our $3 coffees, which was not included in the $60pp prix fixe menu. I know it's just coffee, but a small gesture like taking the coffee off of the bill for our inconvenience would have gone a long way. Customer service 101..come on.

   Took about 45 minutes to take our order, now I wouldn’t of gotten upset because it was pretty busy but there was about 4 other tables that got in before us and they were taken care of right away which was upsetting. The crab cakes were good which is why I gave them 2 stars but the main entree which my girlfriend and I had was undercooked. By this time we’ve been sitting down for an hour and a half waiting for our food and didn’t want to wait any longer.

   Valentine’s Day prix fix want worth the $120 we spent. Food was so-so. Nothing special. Stuffed mushroom appetizer was a cold uncooked white cap covered in vodka sauce. It was room served at temperature. Can’t see this place staying open for too long in Montclair’s competitive market...unless they turn things around.

   Food was delicious, Chicken Savoy the best. Service was very nice. We come here often and always a pleasant experience.

   Restaurant was packed!! Only 3 waiters!! Took forever to get our food. NEED more help. Food and menu were fine.

    Not too busy due to worries about the weather. Still, service is slow. We didn’t mind since we were catching up with old friends. Some people may have felt it was too long from salads to entrees. Party of six and all happy with their food choices from short ribs to steak to fish and pasta.
