   Probably the most underwhelming meal I have ever ordered. I had two orders of the Signature sushi, fully expecting the presentation and freshness that would match the $200 price tag for each order. The sushi did not have the freshness a diner would associate with a $200 price tag and the hot meal portion--the miso cod, steak and shrimp seemed like it had been out on a heating lamp. The best sushi was the yellowtail but its taste and freshness did not differentiate itself from my local sushi restaurant for a quarter of the price. The miso cod was dry, and the steak was the best part of the experience--which is unfortunate since I did not come to Nobu for steak. I have been to Nobu in LA, had their omakase experience and was blown away both in taste and presentation. I did not opt for the experience at $350 per person but thought $200 would be close. So disappointed and so unfortunate that Nobu is no longer Nobu. . . at least in Vegas.

   Excellent food, highly recommend the yellowtail & jalapeño sushi roll. Also for dessert the Japanese brownie, your server will tell you all about it. Delicious!

   I wouldn’t recommend the one in Paris. Service wasn’t good. Caesars is much better.

   The food was good. The steak came out well done and the staff handled it took care of the issue. Very happy with their response. I gave a 4 to the ambience which has nothing to do with the staffs fault but the setting as I had to use the restroom. Here we're spending hundreds on a meal and I have to use the same one someone spent $5 and it's not clean nor the nicest bathroom. Tables by the walkway had it loud with people walking by

   Excellent flavors, was seated promptly with my reservation with clients. The music was a bit loud for me so conversation was a bit of a challenge.

   The Nobu in the Paris Hotel - Las Vegas doesn’t do the Nobu brand justice. While the food was still very good, the service and the restaurant vibe were all wrong. In fact, the service and the ambiance at this Nobu made a meal that I’ve ordered and gladly paid top dollar for at other locations feel over priced and “basic”. Nobu is supposed to be a destination dining experience but this one just wasn’t it. - The waiting area is in the loud & busy walkway. - The Server took a very long time to greet us. And even longer to actually take our order. - The person delivering the food spoke quietly in a loud restaurant setting and couldn’t be heard describing the meal. - The table next to us was full of people with zero respect and treated the place like it was McDonald’s. I suspect that happens a lot at this particular location. - The bill for my wife, daughter, and I was over $350 w/ tip. I know going in it’s going to be expensive. However, the Nobu experience is usually worth every penny. Unfortunately, not at this location. The two other Las Vegas locations at the Virgin Hotel and Caesars Palace are significantly better. They just feel more like what a Nobu should. We’ve been to both in LV many times, and to quite a few Nobu locations across the Country….And we will go back again for sure. That said, we won’t return to this one though

    Booked reservation on open table. Beware. The $100 fee to secure your table is a charge to seat you near the kitchen. Biggest ripoff. Beware
