Our server, Ramon, was excellent, and created a wonderful dining experience for us. The food was delicious, it was beautifully prepared and served, timing of courses was perfect, and our evening couldn't have been better. A quiet stroll in the beautiful Japanese Garden beyond the bar area, was so lovely and the entire dining experience was truly memorable in every way.

The food is excellent. The valet is exorbitant at $35.00 for Palo Alto. I would think $20 -$25 instead. The service is ridiculously intrusive. Plates are changed after every course, servers are asking to remove dishes when there is still food on the plates, glasses are asked to be removed when there is still unfinished drinks. I felt rushed, invaded upon unnecessarily and it disrupted and affected the time I wanted to spend with my friend.

The service was not in line with the amount of money that we spent at this restaurant. They were very slow with bringing out the food and as empty plates piled up they did not take them off the table. There was no warm welcome, no explanation of the menu, no recommendations, it was very cold. I’ve had better service at diners than I’ve had at this “fine dining” establishment. I knew the food was expensive but I hoped it would be worth it and it was not. the standard that they present was not what we experienced and by the end we were excited to leave. I would never recommend this place.

The food and drinks were enjoyable, though they didn’t quite align with the price point. The ambiance was pleasant, although the space felt a bit smaller than expected. While the host and waitstaff were attentive, the pacing of the service made the experience feel a little rushed. Overall, it’s a spot that seems to thrive on its popularity, but may not fully meet the high expectations.

We have eaten at Nobu several times and enjoyed it. This time we felt rushed even though there were several empty tables. The dessert menus were brought before we had finished eating. And, the bill was brought while we were eating dessert.

As always, Nobu truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. Justin was an incredible server- he provided excellent suggestions for both our food and drink options. The Lyche martini was a big hit!

We sat in the outdoor closed in dining area and we loved the vibes. Service was good. The food was okay for the value. The Salmon sashimi app didn't have the best flavor. The Yellowtail sashimi app with ponzu was good but nothing mind blowing. The wagu was great. Crispy tuna rice was delicious. Everything was good but not out of this world, especially for the pricing.
