   They don't clean under the tables. I got gum all over my brand new $400 leather .

   The attention to detail is immaculate. Our biggest appreciation was how well timed the courses came out. Allowed us plenty of time to enjoy the ambiance (music was great) and our date (anniversary). Bartenders made killer cocktails as well. Can't say enough about this place.

   Restaurant was very nice and had multiple areas to dine & enjoy drinks. I ordered the filet & crab leg. The steak was good but cold. By the time they brought out the butter for the tiny crableg I was already finished with dinner. Our waiter was all over the place.. not sure if he was tipsy or what. All in all I was hoping for a better first time experience.

   This restaurant is amazing. The service is top notch, the food is always amazing, and the ambiance is perfect. I can't say enough wonderful things about Nisos Prime. This has been my 'go-to' spot for steak night or to try one of their many curated dishes that you can't find anywhere else. Highly recommended.

   We arrived for an earlier dinner reservation. Greeted with professional and upbeat servers. Given the royal treatment because it was our 35th wedding anniversary. Especially enjoyed the table side prepared prosciutto service! Flavor was outstanding. Then took our time wandering through the menu with various suggested selections and we were not disappointed.  Thumbs up for the truffle risotto!  I recommend you give it a try, take your time, and go with the flow.

   Nisos Prime was outstanding. Would recommend this to anyone. The service was unreal as well as the food. The staff was so kind and prompt. Also, the environment was amazing. Very beautiful and worth the money. I continue to tell my friends and people I run into to come here!

   Arrived late but had called the restaurant and had left two messages on OpenTable to let them know we were stuck in traffic. The host stand does not take calls or answer messages so there's really no way to know if the reservation will be honored if you are past the 15m leeway. So, we were a bit anxious arriving wondering if we'd be seated. But to our surprise, the restaurant was completely empty - not a single diner - and the host stand was staffed by two hosts. We were seated promptly with no mention of our communication. Seems to me if you are empty, have two hosts, then you can pick up the phone or message us. "Our specialty is steaks," we were told when we both ordered non-steak meals. I wish I would have listened to the waiter because the bucatini dish was near flavorless. I was glad I ordered spicy Italian sausage to accompany it because that was my meal. When I pushed the dish to the edge of the table mid-meal, the waiter looked at it and walked away. He should have asked how the meal was. Instead, he returned when my son finished his chicken dish (he enjoyed it) and just collected the plates with no interaction. As we left, I noticed a handful of other diners had begun arriving -- but it was 7 pm and the place was still remarkably empty. I know the Niso lounge is popular and packed out nightly, but it was easy for me to see why the restaurant is not: (1). Poor host stand procedures; (2) Flavorless pasta; and (3) waiters who need training.

   The food was amazing . Everything was really good and better than expected for some reason . The ambiance was very beautiful and energetic only con, drinks weren’t consistent as far as taste . My first was incredible but I ordered it 2 more times and was underwhelming for sure

    We were celebrating a birthday. Shane was our server and he was outstanding. He went above and beyond with his customer service. We ordered all of his recommendations and it didn’t disappoint. Food was amazing.
