We are an independent neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Downtown Laguna Beach, between Main Beach & the Historic Festival of Arts, owned by Laguna Beach native, Executive Chef Lindsay Smith. Inspired by Wine Country and California Coastal cuisine, our focus is on serving guests the way Chef Lindsay would feed her own family, in a warm, inviting atmosphere. We source the freshest ingredients, including free-range, organic poultry, sustainable seafood, antibiotic- and hormone-free meats, and seasonal, local produce. We strive to minimize our environmental impact and support the local community. Chef Lindsay, named one of the Top 10 chefs in Orange County and Top 5 in Laguna Beach, is dedicated to quality food, friendly service, and a memorable dining experience.

There is a public transport drop off at the main Laguna Beach bus depot 100 Yards East of the building.Laguna Beach Trolley runs along PCH about 500 yards form the restaurant as well as seasonally runs next door at the bus station with easy accessibility to all Festival Grounds & Playhouse.

Scrumptious tasty food, everything was fabulous! Nice atmosphere with comfortable seating. Not at all noisy so you can have a conversation without shouting. Wonderful friendly staff and great service. We'll be back!

Love the fact that the food is high quality and sourced properly. Grass fed plus, wild caught plus. For the most part food was fresh and very tasty. The service was interesting to say the least. And that's all I will say about that.

We helped Lindsay celebrate the Nirvana's 17th anniversary - April 17, all food $17, plus saw her 17 year old son! The local vibe was warm & friendly, the staff excellent, the food and drink delicious - we'll be back!

Chef Lindsay always makes you feel like one of the family everytime we come to visit Nirvana Grille. Last's night celebration of the restaurant's 17th year was fantastic! The food, ambiance and customer camaraderie was off the hook!

We had the cauliflower/Brussel sprouts appetizer. Excellent. The lentil soup. Very tasty. Two kinds of ravioli. Delightful. The beef stroganoff. Delicious. For desert, we shared the mud pie. Quite enjoyable. Nirvana remains my favorite restaurant in Laguna Beach.

Lindsay is an amazing chef and wonderful host! She makes everyone in the entire restaurant feel welcome as she servers up incredible dishes to dine on. Lindsay is very creative and always coming up with new innovative ideas. Absolutely book your next meal at Nirvana Grill!
