   I did the omakase for 2. Right away, here are some observations. There is a limited wine menu. By the glass, there’s two options, and a handle of bottle options by type. No sake or pairing available. The dishes, while organized, quality, and of good taste, lacked creativity, fun, visionary, or direction. There was no sense of theme or cohesion with the ingredients, geography, fish, or to be frank, the entire dinner experience. If you’re looking for a nice experience, and have the bank to do so, this place is a good option for some good fish, and friendly service If you’re a regular at omakases, especially ones at this price point, you’d be left with more to desire. The bartender was very nice and greeted us. He was very welcoming and the general manager was extremely welcoming as well. The amazing service alone makes you forget maybe how uneventful some of the food might have been

   Food was ok, service could have been better. Had to ask for water several times before I could get a refill

   Great food, incredible service and the ambience was amazing - celebrated a birthday and Victoria our server was 10/10 energy and make it special with a desert surprise with a candle. Will return - 10/10. The food was top notch!

   Menu changed and was super hard to even read. Only Soda available was Sprite and Diet Coke for some reason. Once we got drinks, the service was average, clearly a little over burdened during the service as things were being juggled pretty hard. Appetizers served were not to our taste post menu change, which is fair but wasn't described on the menu. For example, the gyoza had a sauce change but the description didn't cover it. The edamame was changed as well but the description just didn't cover it. We had two orders of the TX wages as well which was supposed to be served with a Japanese BBQ sauce. But what was served was some chimichurri and jalapeño mix that would never be described as a BBQ sauce anywhere else.

   Loved the edamame, Akami crudo and Ebi Thing roll so much! The Tank drink was very tasty as well. The drinks are a bit pricey so the bill can add up fast there. Other than that, great evening at this spot!

   Chef Carlos and Chef Nelson truly exceeded our expectations, as did the young lady who greeted us at the host stand upon arrival. I surprised my wife for her birthday with a reservation here and opted for the omakase. Every course was absolutely outstanding, and the "Demon Slayer" sake we ordered was the perfect complement. The food was fresh, vibrant, and incredibly delicious. If you're a fan of authentic, upscale sushi, this is a must-try. We will definitely be returning.

    It’s been a while since I last visited, and what a pleasant surprise! I happened to catch happy hour, and the “mini” appetizers were anything but mini — generous portions and very tasty. The drinks were refreshing, and the servers were attentive and friendly. We sat at the bar, which seemed to be the hub for happy hour guests. The space is open, clean, and inviting. However, the vibe could really benefit from some good background music and a bit of artwork to warm up the ambiance. Overall, it’s a great spot to dine and catch up with friends. I’ll definitely be back!
