   First time at Nineteen 86. Very nice venue. Arrived at my reservation time and was sat immediately. The food served was very nice. The staff could use a little bit more training. The wine and escargot were served, but I had to inquire about the bread. It’s my fault for not doing research about the restaurant before going, and I assumed that the steaks were served a la carte like Flemings or Morton’s . At Nineteen 86, the steaks do come with a little bit of sides. My 8 oz filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare. I was surprised when the filet arrived plated with a dollop of creamy mashed potato, sautéed baby carrot and a green stem vegetable I couldn’t identify. The menu does not specify that there would be sides with the steaks. So just as I would do at another high end steak house, I ordered sides. Since the filet is plated with mashed potatoes, my order of a loaded baked potato was superfluous. Also I had considered ordering a side of mashed potatoes. 2 helpings of the same side would have been a disaster. Lastly, I do not go to casinos very often, and I understand that the Desert Diamond casino in Waddell has a free coffee station. I’m assuming there is a similar set up at the Northern Ave casino. I’m not sure. Anyways, I proceeded to order coffee along with my dessert of creme brûlée. The crème brûlée is a pretty nice size that you can share with another. The server brought the coffee in a French press to the table, but no coffee cups. I had to ask for the coffee cups. To my dismay, they brought the coffee cups, but no saucers that should have accompanies the coffee cups. I may be asking too much of this restaurant. Now, I know that Ruth’s Chris has switched to serving coffee with a mug, in which case, I would not expect a saucer. But if you’re going to bring out a coffee cup, it should have a saucer. This is on restaurant management to teach the servers who may never have dined at a restaurant that has saucers.

   What a wonderful place. The food was excellent, and so was the service! This was our first visit, but it went be out last. Will be highly recommending!

   There was seven in our party so they had us seated in their private room off the main dining room. This was very nice. The wait staff were top notch. The Easter dinner specials were delish and well presented. You can't go wrong celebrating a special occasion here.

   Excellent service, my husband and I went for a date. Definitely recommend if you're in the West Valley! Our waiter was knowledgable and polite. I recommend trying their drinks for any occasion.

   We enjoyed our fabulous dinner a filet mignon / lobster tail . Wonderful Service by all Staff . Looking forward to our next special occasion. Be prepared $$$$

   AMAZING - First time here and our server Mark and Bartender Matt were incredible. In fact the entire staff was attentive and proficient but not overbearing - water kept full, requests fulfilled and just so friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and we will definitely be going back! Just an amazing way to spend my birthday dinner! Thank you!

   This is a great place to take your lady. On Thursday, steak & lobster for $65 / person with wine bottles half off. Great service, great price, good time.

    Was our third time here the charm? I would answer with a 'yes'. Restaurant was noticeably quieter than our last two visits. We were seated along the wall in a booth which was more comfortable than the four place tables and harder chairs. The value for Thursday dining here is the turf and surf special, along with half off bottle of wine. Our server was attentive. Staff members were attentive so we could flag them down if we had a problem. Floor manager came by later to ask if were enjoying our dinner. The food arrived hot especially the steak. The menu has never changed, only the head chef who oversees the kitchen. We will return celebrating either a birthday or anniversary. PS: note to the casino valet operation, the confirmation promised to be sent to my mobile phone never showed up. I knew the attendant was busy checking in the cars, so I let it pass. Our car was safe.
