   Waitress was very good, but 2 out of 4 breakfast came much later. A little disappointed we could not get a mamossis at 9:00 (not available till 10).

   This was our first time at your restaurant. Our service and food was good. We thought your web site-open until 3pm conflicted with your actual posted hours-open until 2PM. We were surprised and disappointed that you refused a customer requesting an omelet to go at 1:55Pm that couple waited about 2 minutes to be noticed and then acknowledged. They were then told “no” they could not make the omelette because the restaurant was closing in 3 minutes. From our standpoint great customer service would have resulted in the restaurant happily making the to go omelette. Just our opinion as people who have been in related CS positions most of our lives.

   Great food, great service only bad thing is we sat outside and the flys were bad. Not the fault of the restaurant

   We were happy to make a reservation since Covid makes it trickier to secure distance seating. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, coffee was served instantly, servers were both very kind and friendly, and the food was delicious and good size portion. Very pleased!

   Only issue we had was they really did not appear to recognize we had a reservation with Open Table. We got in fairly quickly and food and service was great.

    This was the very best COVID response opening of a restaurant I could imagine, from the view of a healthcare worker. Reservation. Then upon arrival: hand sanitizer at door, register name and phone number, date and time, ( for contact tracing if necessary?) Masked server, disinfected properly placed table, disinfected salt and pepper shakers and hand sanitizer for EACH table, refill beverage pitcher covered with wrap exclusively for our table, disposable flatware, paper wrapped straw, OUTSTANDING food. This is how to do it right. If all restaurants did this, they could remain open in the midst of this pandemic. I felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience.

    Thank you so much for this review, you truly made our day and gave much encouragement to our staff for the hard work they are diligently continuing to do. Some feedback is a bit more negative or less understanding, but we're keeping our heads down and moving forward because we know we're doing the right thing. It is our responsibility now for public health, just as much as food safety is our responsibility. Thank you for your work in healthcare, hang in there. <3
