   We're frequent customers, and this time, every time we asked for a change, the waitress told us it wasn't possible. From not dressing on the salad to changing a side dish on our plate. She told us that they were new restaurant rules 🙄

   Nick’s consistently provides excellent menus. I especially love the Bistro Plate. In addition the wait staff is friendly and follows up during the meal. It’s a neighborhood gem for us.

   We celebrated a wonderful Anniversary Lunch at Nick's Del Mar yesterday...the drinks were nice and food a=was outstanding! Special note to the Asparagus Fries, Bistro Plate and the Prime Rib Melts...all delicious! Seating is comfortable and open format...you get a nice view into their busy kitchen. The nice ambience was only upstaged by the wonderful service we received from Kennedy and JP...they both were very friendly and professional!

   The best Cioppino! Lots is seafood, incredible broth and accompanied by a little loaf of sourdough bread topped with olive oil & herbs.

   I like to go to Nick's for special occasions, or when I have visitors from out of town. The food is great (there are a lot of great appetizer choices, especially the deviled eggs, and the butter cake dessert is excellent) and reasonably priced, but I think it's the service that makes Nick's stand out. This might sound dramatic, but the servers make me feel very respected when I have a meal there. Highly recommended!

    Always amazing! We love everything that we order at Nick’s. Top notch friendly and knowledgeable staff. Don’t skip the delicious butter cake!
