   Our dinner was fantastic,the food was delicious,and the staff were very attentive and good fun,the steak is the best we,ve ever had really good,one small critique would be slightly dark and hard to see menu,but it was a great night and great food,will be returning asap

   The food and wait service were spectacular! NY Steakhouse is my go to steak restaurant in Bangkok. I deducted two stars from service because my credit card bill was presented in my card’s currency. I requested (and was courteously accommodated) in having the charge run in Thai baht—a 5% savings over paying the credit card charge as presented. Unfortunately, this is the second time that I have experienced this at NY Steakhouse in 13 months; however, I consider this happening to be minor compared to the wonderful dining at NY Steakhouse—I highly recommend the restaurant!!

   This was our second time here, and the service is impeccable. The only issue we had, which is a BIG one for a steak house, is that we ordered a filet, medium well, knowing that most restaurants in Thailand Will undercooked beef in general, but the filet still arrived VERY RARE... The servers and manager offered to send it back to be cooked further, but we have never been fans of doing that, and we shouldn’t have to at a place of this caliber... Other than that, the meal was great.

   The food reached standard of cooking but they were not as outstanding as need to be visited. Jus was runny and I assume it was never reduced at all. Steak was moderate, a little bit under-seasoned. Comparing food quality and price, it's not that valuable as there are 5-star-hotel restaurants who got higher quality with cheaper price.
