   I will never patronize again, nor would I recommend to anyone! Extremely poor service. Waited 45 mins to get an incomplete order while people who called in got seated and had food right away. Also saw many large to-go orders leave the restaurant while we continued to wait. It took nearly 30 mins for us to get our drinks. One of the proprietors told us that they didn't use open table and he then said that we didn't have a reservation. Then someone from the kitchen came out and told him they did in fact use open table but we would have to wait for a table. We look for Open Table restaurants to be of a certain level of quality and service, and this place failed miserably. I strongly recommend you discontinue their participation on Open Table.

   Reservations were made and food took over an hour to be served. And finally when we were served, half of the orders were wrong and some food was never delivered but the items were on the check. When our party arrived, we were told that we did not have a reservation. When a young woman came from the back, she said "oh, you made it on Open Table; let me set up a couple of tables for you." We were literally sat in the middle of the aisle. Being tourist, it became obvious that the thing to do was to call in your reservation AND your order. It became very frustrating to see parties walk in after us and receive their food. If you are visiting the area, DO NOT patronize this establishment. It's definitely not worth the frustration. I use Open Table to choose restaurants when I travel. I would highly recommend Open Table remove this restaurant from their list of participating restaurants. If I could give them a zero or negative number, I would.

   My husband likes crayfish and that is why we went to this restaurant. He was not disappointed in the taste quality, or preparation of the crayfish. They were more expensive than at other places he has had them. I am a a vegetarian so there were few options for me. I had wanted to have beneits but they had sold all--which is a good sign. They are made fresh every day. I had hushpuppies which were good. My husband would like to go back as he enjoys crayfish and few restaurants in this area sell them.
