   Wine tasted like vinegar totally gone bad. They did not make an effort to replace it with another red wine juist offered white instead

   We went for a Chinese New Years dinner as a family, and usually we don't expect much from them as they are borderline rude. But the night we went, our teapots were taken away for refilling but never returned until we were able to flag someone back. We ordered a set menu but our appetizer was served in the fourth course. We also found some black plastic bits in our green pea tip dish. They comped us a free dish but how it was handled, i wish they showed a little sorry or remorse for us.

   Food is above average in terms of taste. Service is beyond horrible. The service was not so good at all. Lack of response to request. The people setting our table even mad at us trying to help and arrange the dishes on our own table. I have never seen someone do that and call us make a mess when it is our own table that we try to move the tea pot and bowl around. UNREAL!
