   This was our first visit to NEP after a recommendation from a friend. Glad we had reservations for our brunch on Easter, as we got seated with little wait. There were plenty of folks waiting outside. The vibe is casual and trendy, with a comfortable atmosphere. You can be in the dining room, bar, or patio areas. I got the Xoi Chien and it was delicious! Loved the sticky rice with pate, egg, pork, and peanuts. Hubby ordered the Banh Mi Chao w/ Beef Belly and also delicious. Our server, Claire, clearly explained dishes for us, and was attentive during our stay. The iced coffees were wonderful: egg coffee, and coconut ube coffee. We'll be back soon!

   A bit disappointing we made a reservation for 10 people in advance, including several phone calls to ensure the staff knew we had 7 children in our party of 10. We checked in at our reservation time and was told our table was being cleared. 20 minutes later I inquired again and the staff went to check and a few minutes later guided us to our patio table. The neighboring 10-20 seat tables were empty so I’m not sure the issue was clearing the tables or the staff did not remember we were on queue. Again with 7 children and calls in advance about how many kids menus etc, I was a bit disappointed about the wait, as the reservation and careful planning ahead was to avoid that exact issue. Thank you for allowing us to give the feedback.

   Fantastic Food, Great Service – Don’t Miss the Bread Pudding! We had a wonderful dining experience here. The food and service were both excellent. Their baguette deserves a special mention — perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, absolutely amazing. We ordered two appetizers and four mains, and every single dish was delicious with generous portions. Just when we thought we were too full for dessert, our server suggested we try the bread pudding. We’re so glad we listened — it was rich, warm, and absolutely delicious. The mango sticky rice was also a standout, with just the right balance of sweetness and texture. Highly recommend checking this place out. Just make sure to reserve your table in advance — the restaurant is popular, and there’s usually a long line of people waiting outside.

   Lunch/Brunch today for my son's birthday. Place is a little noisy with a large open dining room. Service was pleasant but a little slow. It seems the servers are only responsible for taking orders and delivering final check. Everything else is handled by "runners". It would have been nice to have recieved our meals at the same time. The best thing about today is that the food was well prepared and delicious. We had chicken wings, beef stew, and ban mi chao beef belly. Everyone enjoyed their food.

   Having a reservation was good. Whole processed was clear and we were seated right away. Children’s menu was nice also!

   It’s so noisy, their affiliate restaurants try to have the hype atmosphere but actually it’s so so noisy. It’s hard to stand after 30 minutes. Trying for energy but only bring the irritating feeling . The food is good, service is ok because too noisy hard to find any service.

    Great service and food as well. I just wished the entrees came at the same time. About a 15 minute difference between each entree for 2 people. Great experience regardless.
