The did not have my reservation. I made it online here at open table. I even called the restaurant to confirm but when I got there they had no record of my reservation. I had a party of 10!!! I was extremely unhappy. Do not make a reservation online!!! They will not have it. Besides the food wasn’t that good anyway. I made the reservation 2 weeks ahead, called to confirm, and they still lost the reservation. They said I was mean when I was not I was just very frustrated. I will never go to NEDS again for the rest of my life. Not worth it at all.

Great service, excellent food and the band playing for the evening (The Flannels) was awesome. Ned has a great restaurant.

Food was very good as was service. Noise level annoying, difficult to converse. Noise level did distract from enjoying food and drink.

Best customer service around! We love this place! They are welcoming…the food is delicious and it’s the best customer service around! A must go to!

We got seated right away but the service afterwards was very slow. Had to wait for refills. It took awhile to get the check and when I did it was someone else’s check. I waited for about 10 minutes for the waitress to come back but she never did so I had to get up and find her to tell her they gave me the wrong check then it took another 10 minutes to get the right check and then about another eight or nine minutes to come and pick it up took forever to get out of there.
