We offer a seasonal tasting menu that utilizes ingredients that tells the story of our islands and the history behind it.
Bar Area is accepting walk-ins for A la carte / Petite Tasting($50～)

**Our Kai tasting menu is 6 courses for $120 and our Aina (Vegan) tasting menu is 6 courses for $100.
We accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets.
We CANNOT accommodate Gluten-Free.
Please note if you are bringing kids for the tasting menu and if they will be having the course menu.

Nae Ogawa
Her career started at the prestigious Michelin-starred NARISAWA in Tokyo.
She then moved to New York at 21 years old to work at famed Michelin-starred Bouley.
Shortly after, she was flown to Paris to work at the popular bistro, La Bourse et La Vie.
In 2021, her ideas came to fruition with natuRe Waikiki, an upscale restaurant featuring Sustainable Island French cuisine.

    USD 120.00 por persona

    Varias fechas disponibles
    We offer a seasonal tasting menu that highlights ingredients from our island, showcasing its history. We also have a vegan tasting menu for guests with plant-based diets. Our Regular tasting menu includes 6 courses for $120, while the Plant-Based menu has the same number of courses for $100. We can accommodate Pescatarian, No-Red Meat, Vegetarian, and Vegan diets. However, we are unable to cater to Vegan Gluten-Free diets. If you are a meat-eater with a gluten-free diet, please inform us when making a reservation 48 hours in advance. If you plan to bring children for the tasting menu, please let us know if they will be having the course menu as we do not serve a kids menu.

    Nature has become a tradition for us on our Annual trips to Hawaii. The dedication of staff, Chef’s and partnerships with the local farms always shines through and touches our hearts every time there. It’s incredibly how each time is a bit different than the next but it’s always a beautiful touching experience. Thank you team Nature for all your dedication and efforts. Warm blessings

    初めてだったのでテイスティングメニューにしました。 ハワイの食材をふんだんに使った料理は美味しく、見た目のプレゼンテーションも鮮やか、かつシェフ始めお店のみなさんがフレンドリーでハワイの良い思い出の一つとなりました。 千駄ヶ谷の方に日本の支店があるそうなので帰国したら早速行ってみようと思います。

    We enjoyed our experience sitting at the chef's counter! Delicious food, and the chefs were very personable and entertaining to watch. Very welcoming environment, we weren't sure how to eat one of the food items, and we didn't feel judged for asking. Great place!

    すべての料理に拘りが感じられて美味しく頂けました。口コミでウニの塩気が強いとのコメントがあり、不安でしたが丁度いい味付けでした。 2021年か2022年にNHKで小川シェフの取り組みが紹介されて以来、気になっていたお店だったので行けて良かったです。

    What an amazing experience. Service was second to none. Food was incredible. Our server Keegan was so knowledgeable about the food, where it was sourced from and cooking methods. Same went for the wine.

    Incredible food! Great atmosphere. Wish I knew about the steps to get up to the restaurant but it worked out great and the staff was very accommodating!
