Terribly slow service for mediocre sushi. First time I came, I was disappointed in their slow service. Came back a second time to give them another chance because the sushi wasn't bad (and I always go to the same place, so was trying to switch it up), but the second time service was even worse. We had reservations and were seated 15 minutes later. Once we ordered, it took 20minutes for us to get our first dish and drinks. Then another 30minutes went by and still no food, so we asked and found out it was going to be almost another hour until we can get our food. So we left and will never return because there are other better options in SF city that we don't need to waste our time with this one.
