The food was amazing, the aguardiente drink was fantastic. The staff behind and on the scene are very passionate about what they do. The dedication and culinary expertise comes through in the flavors, service, drink and even decor. They made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. This place was fantastic and would definitely come back.

                                                                                                                            I came here with a group of 8 to celebrate a friend's birthday. The staff was extremely sweet and accommodating to us. Every dish they recommended was delicious. I highly recommend this place and am already looking forward to returning....which I rarely do with the amount of great restaurants in NYC!

                                                                                                                            This is a cozy little place with delicious, authentic-style Ecuadorian food. The service is friendly and excellent. You feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It's a real authentic treat in a sea of sanitized tourist traps.

                                                                                                                            Tiny place but they made our group of 5 feel welcome and comfortable. The ambience was intimate and convivial. Our server cheerfully explained unfamiliar items, gave us great recommendations, and really seemed to enjoy sharing his cultural cuisine with us. Ceviche and other seafood were great, as were red-meat choices, and the desserts were unique and delicious. Definitely try a cocktail made with Ecuarodean "firewater" --powerful but light, blends great with fruit juices and flavors.

Fabulous food, great service... a very intimate setting (probably 16 max). Staff is very friendly and helpful.

                                                                                                                            Our party of five found this tiny restaurant a wonder. The food was excellent. We were served by the owner, and he took time to chat with us, pointing out the pictures of his family on the wall. We felt we had escaped the harshness of the city, that we'd been well fed, and would be telling our friends. Wow.

The food was wonderful- authentic yet delicately , imaginatively prepared. And the service was outstanding.

                                                                                                                            I believe this is the ONLY Ecuadorean restaurant in New York, and my guest and I were charmed and delighted to discover a new cuisine. Great seafood and steak. Personal attention offered with great national pride, that let us linger from 6:00-9:00. TINY place, hard to spot even as you are approaching it, but lovely decor that is both modern and warm.
