   Small restaurant with lovely ambience and very attentive service. Food very good although served the most expensive omakase without asking for it!

   So far the best food I’ve had in Japan. Hidden away from the busy streets of Tokyo.

   Pretentious, inferior products, poor technique, tasteless, and an omikase menu served at lightning speed. Compared to all the other meals I’ve had in Tokyo, it was surprisingly mediocre. There’s no passion or pride, like the sole driver of this restaurant is to make money.

   Very pleasant Japanese cuisine. The chef dedicates himself with heart and creativity. The wine list could be more extensive.

   wonderful experiences! food was amazing & loved all the dishes. chef’s were very sweet & kind. the corn chowder was the best i’ve ever had!

   Interesting experience. Consider the environment a cozy yet elegant space with a private chef or two, creating your meals in front of you. It was my fiancés and I first time trying omakase courses and the flavours were good. Portion wise, we felt satisfied by the end, although, I wouldn’t say it was the best tasting food I’ve ever had. Kudos to the chefs for making creative and aesthetically pleasing dishes.

    The entire experience was exceptional. The restaurant is in a great area of artisans and studios for modern clothing and goods and overall had great vibe. nami.nami itself is an expertly appointed space of modern Japanese esthetic. The chef/owner was polite and welcoming. He had set us up at the chef’s pass for a truly interactive dining experience. He introduced each course and answered questions we had about the elements of each dish. It was a quiet Monday when we went, but the chef was so accommodating. The food was exquisite. We did the omacase menu and it was truly an experience of modern Japanese cuisine for all the senses.
