   We went last night as a group of 8 (recommended by my aunt who is a fussy vegetarian) the place seemed quiet did not have our table ready, the waiter started putting tables together a couch and then 2 single tables together….didnt make sense but fine, service was absolutely slow, we ordered 2 portions of chips for the kids, told the waiter do not over do it with the salt, came out salty and uncooked, I complained waiter took them away and the chef said they are cooked it’s probably coz they are cold, NO they were uncooked. At this point I can hear another group who is sitting next us complain saying they have not received their food. The service was slow we had a lot of hangry people at the table especially when you have spent the day at the beach and on rides, I asked for some water for the table, waiter came with 4 glasses and never returned, I asked again and no one came, I went to the bar to ask and stated at this point that the service is very slow. The food was not the greatest, we ordered a paneer and mushroom dish and all you can taste is red chilli powder, chilli naan had red chilli powder not green chilli’s. We decided to take 2 of the dishes packed away and as we are are telling the waiter he has a trolley of the other tables dishes and food that he was cleaning, that he then said would you like to take this one away to which he picked from the trolley and put on the table and we was like that is not ours and he’s like sorry, at this point we was like if we can just have the bill. Overall: poor, no music so you can listen to other people’s conversations, service was very slow, waited ages for food, food was not what I expected for an Indian restaurant…being Indian myself.

   Made a last minute booking for a birthday meal out with the family & the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. Dishes were all fresh & delicious & we will definitely return. Thank you to the team for a great meal & lovely evening!

   Good Food, Great Service, Price is a bit high though. But would like to go again to try other dishes

   Booked an afternoon tea for two people at 2pm was seated quickly and given menus. Decided to go for the Vegetarian afternoon tea with tea and coffee option and a glass of Prosecco. Coffee and Prosecco arrived quickly but had to wait 20 minutes for the tea!! Had to wait until until 3pm for the afternoon tea to turn up seemed a long time as only 2-3 other tables with people at the restaurant. They offered us a round of free drinks to make up for the wait and were very apologetic which was nice and the food was amazing and well worth the wait. Overall a good experience but just need to improve the time it takes to deliver the food to the table.

   3 of us went for an afternoon tea for Mother’s Day , unfortunately restaurant was not prepared enough in advance. Menus were confusing , what food / drink was included on the afternoon tea one , we had to ask staff to help us . I was told there was no filter coffee available ( this is part of the afternoon tea menu ) so I could have an Americano coffee instead , this was fine with me . Unfortunately had to ask 3 times for it and when I did get it , it came without any milk , I then had to ask another few times for some milk . The food was ok , maybe not to everyone’s taste . Lots of unique flavours . Was presented nicely . Staff were friendly , not very attentive , as we hadn’t been here before . We asked for our bill , when it came we had been charged for mineral water , large one that we hadn’t ordered . Didn’t go to question it as it took so long to get a coffee thought it would take ages 🤷‍♀️

   We had booked a table for 9pm. On arrival we were rushed to a table & without being given menus asked to order immediately as the kitchen had closed & they were reopening especially for us. Why accept a booking at 9pm if the kitchen is closed.? We eventually got our menus are were again told to order everything we wanted straight away as the chef was making a special effort to stay. It was awkward, didn’t make us feel welcome or valued, we were made to feel like we were a nuisance. However the food was tasty & good but of course we were rushed as the staff were waiting to go home. Poor customer service but we will return but not for a late booking next time. Maybe make it clear on your booking system what hours the kitchen is open & only take bookings for that time? Shame as our previous visits have been good. We will give it another go.

   My friend and I come here quite a lot. For a change up from our usual dosas we had the butter paneer curry with naans. Good food, good service and just a great place in general. Definitely the best Indian in town .

    Super food and service was fine. Would recommend and go back there. Wide variety of vegetarian options.
