   What a major disappointment I wanted to try NAHITA for the longest time and after making reservations through open tables , and getting a confirmation from them I was surprised and highly disappointed . So this is how it started for us. For the longest time ,every year two of my best friends ( one is disabled on a wheel chair) we pick a nice high end restaurant to dine in Boston after Xmas. And since we do not exchange gifts this is how we celebrate. This year we choose NAHITA. After dressing up , driving into the city on a Friday night. Finding parking and getting to the restaurant while pushing a wheel chair all was not easy . Once we got to the front door, to our surprise we found out they were heavily locked with locks and chains. Meanwhile the lights were on and it looked liked the place was about to open . You can see through the windows that chairs and tables still had plastic wraps on and looked like the work was left abandoned. Not a person inside . Disappointed we try to go on another famous institution across from NAHITA ,(Smith & Wollinsky) just to find out they were closed as well. Our third attempt was at Davio’s right across the street and the hostess graciously took us right in. When I told her we had reservations at NAHITA she was surprised to hear they took them considering the place has been closed since November and the second choice Smith & Wollinsky closed over a year ago. My question is: Why bother taking reservations and make believe the restaurant is fully active with holidays decors and lights on . Also I called to ask if there was full valet service and I was put on hold and a reply came “ sorry we are busy at his time call later”. I feel Open Tables needs to let people know when a restaurant is no longer in service and not letting reservations go through . It was disappointing but thank to Davio’s our special get together wasn’t totally ruined .

   Terrible experience. We left before eating. Don’t waste your time. Even the manager couldn’t care less.

   Beautiful space, food was good but not great for the prices they are charging. Service was lacking.

   Beautiful space, fun drinks, and a very unique, fun menu! I found a few of the items to be very salty, and my husband and I did not feel good the next day, I believe as a result! So just be aware if you are sensitive to salt. The cocktails were great, and I did not have a glass of wine because I felt that all of the wines by the glass were very expensive.

   Horrible service. Waited 40 minutes for water and wine... had already finished half of our meals before we got WATER. Manager tried to accommodate us but didn’t try hard enough. Impossible to get anyone’s attention. Food was decent but not worth the service ignoring us.

   Waiters need to improve their service a lot. Missing items. All in all service needs a lot of improvement.

   Photos of restaurant are misleading, food is poor and service is horrendous. When we were seated at our table there was a dirty champagne glass randomly on the table. My wine glass was very dirty as well. The waiter told us she wasn't actually a waiter and that's why she couldn't answer many of our questions about the ingredients in the food. Food was bad. Throughout the meal, other waiters would mistakenly give us other people's food. I would not recommend this restaurant.

    We were there for dinner Friday night. The place had no atmosphere, it was empty. We ordered the Guac & chips and cocktails to start. We finished the guac before our cocktails arrived! Took over 20 minutes to get our cocktails. The service was absolutely horrible. The corn had so much salt that we could not eat it but they did not take it off the bill as a courtesy. The sashimi and ceviche were good. We were hosting out of town visitors and felt bad that we selected such a horrible venue. Definitely not worth the hefty bill at the end of the evening.
