   Nice venue with quick service. They had ran out of Sauvignon wine. Which at 7.30 on a Friday was a shame. Our plates was cleared a way while I was still eating which was a bit much. Music wasn’t great and kept being replayed. Not sure I would re visit.

   This one star is very generous, I do not recommend this place. Customer service needs to be implemented, this place was booked for mothers day and we left half way through, based on the poor level of service & unprofessionism from a lady staff(did not get a name) This staff member needs to be trained on how to speak to customers. It is a shame as the restaurant itself has potential, there was some good staff, overall was a terrible experience from us. Thanks to Yaz restaurant it saved mothers day for my wife and kids, they accommodated our last min request I highly recommend this place, customer service amazing from start -finish, atmosphere good & food was great! It really turned the bad experience from myshish around for us!

   Food very average and overpriced. Apparently they don’t give tap water which I’m pretty sure is illegal but I didn’t argue it. Even when the bottled water came, it wasn’t poured out. Very style over substance putting dry ice on the table but basic hospitality service etiquette wasn’t met. The shisha lounge area is nice but definitely wouldn’t return for food.

   Lovely experience with my missis as date, Food menu we love it there is more choice of char grill Nicely cook Cocktails great My shish is next level restorant Definitely recommend 👌

   Was forced to pay £20 (£10 each) upon arriving for some absolutely rubbish so called entertainment. Staff didn’t have a clue about their own menu, had to ask 3 times for our drinks, and even when they did turn up it was the wrong drink.

   We was really looking forward to the visit as it was on valentine but I must say we were disappointed. The service was poor, waiters took so long to attend to us, restaurant was cold and we waited forever for the restaurant to make payment because there was only one person taking payment. I will definitely not visit again

   I’ve been before and food was great, however I don’t know if it was just valentine day or not but the quality of food was really bad from the drinks having no taste and the food being mediocre for the price you pay you would except better.

    Expensive & was not nice. Ordered a steak but had no flavour….sad it’s not what it used to be 2/3 years ago. Starters were okay - but menu said ribs would be cut on the table but we had to cut ourselves…. I’d not attend again.
