We had an extraordinary dinner at My Little Chamomile last night . Our server gave us great recommendations on the food and wine and everything she suggested was spot on – the kind of tastes that make you stop and say ‘oh my’ in the middle of conversation. It was so good we had a hard time deciding which item was our favorite. Service was warm, welcoming, timely. The restaurant just opened so it feels like they’re still finishing the interior decor. It was totally fine, and is surely on the way to being even cozier. We’re sensitive to noise and so stayed out of the middle dining area. Taking seating on the periphery was just fine and we had no issues with the noise level there. Great addition to the DC dining scene. Make your reservation!

Lili was the most gracious server, and the food itself was excellent, especially the branzino, the peppers and the ezme. Artichoke also stood out, and dessert (the one in the baklava family) was the perfect capstone. Ambience is pacific and minimalist; very restful evening. Recommend!

We loved this new place. The food was simply delicious and fresh with such an amazing layers of flavors. Staff were phenomenal: attentive, friendly, and always had a big smile. The noise level is a bit high. But at least no loud music is blasting- We will DEFINITELY go back and have already told all our friends about them.

Inventive food in a unique space that has a lot of potential, still working out the kinks. Waited at the host stand for over 5 minutes upon entry as it was unmanned, which is annoying when you have a reservation. Menu was quite meat heavy despite write-ups about coastal fish and vegetarian options. Dishes were tasty though a little heavy on oil. Portions don’t match the price point on the vegetarian dishes. Server was well informed and on top of their game, very strong skills that were appreciated. Atmosphere could use a retool, the light from the freezer machine is jarring and upsets the balance, as is the light from the kitchen, overheads should be turned down a touch to increase the intimacy. Candles could help. Loved the cat outside and Turkish carpets on the floor. Bar looked inviting for casual fare and a nice glass of red. Appreciate the ownership group taking a chance in this off beat space, I’ll return because all the makings are there for this place to be elite.

We were so excited to try Cagla’s restaurant, already being big fans of Green Almond. Everything we ordered was mouth-watering, but the lamb and smoked eggplant dish was to die for. We almost got a second, but opted for dessert instead :)

Great food and pacing, service could have been a little more attentive, but overall the wait staff was wonderful, helping explain the menu, navigate allergies, and pace the evening well. The meal was a relaxing, delicious meal, great for conversation. Food was light and delicious, a great change from the normal heavy foods encountered in a normal dinner meal.

Everything that our party of three ate was delicious -- truly excellent Turkish food. The grilled branzino was outstanding. Service was gracious and helpful. If only the restaurant weren't so noisy!
