   I’ve always been a fan of Bartolotta restaurants, and this one is my favorite. Our server Matt was charming and attentive, the food was delicious. Looking forward to the next opportunity to go back there.

   We ordered the special—Mr. B’s Butchers Board for Two—which included three different kinds of meat (one was 2 lamb chops and a strip of sliced wagyu beef) with Béarnaise sauce and an out of this world Bourbon -Peppercorn Sauce for dipping, mushrooms and choice of potato. The meats were cooked to perfection. We took leftovers home and didn’t even reheat the meat the next day; it was just as delicious cold.

   We had a great time. We went early in the evening and Vinny was our server. He said they usually work in teams but it was only him there tonight. He had multiple tables and was still able to give us amazing service. We had our 7 year old and 3 year old with us. He was patient when they had a question even with having 3 bigger tables. The food was also amazing as always

   The food was amazing. The chef absolutely nailed the steak and how it needed to be cooked. The only complaint, if any, was that we had asked for lemon for the water and it was forgotten by two different waiters. The price of the steak was also higher, but it was probably the top two I’ve ever had.

   We always go to Mr. B’s for birthdays and anniversaries and it’s because we love the service and the food and the ambience. The noise level this time was a little high, but the restaurant was fairly full and that was probably why. My steak was excellent and I brought half home for today, which is my habit and why I go there. Always plenty of good food.

    I understand you had a larger crowd than normal on Sunday. Service was very slow. We waited 5 minutes before a staff member walked by with water and we had to ask her to fill our glasses. Waitress never asked us how our food was. We waited 10 min and to ask another waitress for our bill. We have been here in the past and had incredible service and food. Tonight not so much. Not giving up, just a little disappointed. Thank you.
