   We waited for 72 minutes for a kids burger and a Calamari appetizer... The calamari was cold and the burger was so burned that my 3 year old daughter wouldn’t eat, even after complaining the whole time about being hungry. 5 minutes after the appetizer came out our entrees arrived, they were what we expected. Our server let us know that a large party had the kitchen backed up about 30 minutes into our wait, but didn’t really check in otherwise. The fact they got so behind on Easter, a day you know you have to deal with large parties is unacceptable, and we really can’t see going back anytime soon.

   Not sure if it was an off day because it was Easter and they weren’t expecting it to be busy? But I don’t think we will be back. Our server was so sweet but that was really the only good thing I’d say about it. Ordered part of our food (for the kids) and sat there for an hour and still hadn’t gotten it. Decided to leave and go to Firebirds down the road.

   Everything was slow - from our table not being ready, service at the bar, getting a check at the bar when we were ready to go to a table…then lunch took 2 hours with maybe 15 minutes to eat our meals. Drinks were slow. Water or coffee refills had to be second and third requested. Food order was wrong. The table next to us never got their food. It was a holiday but seems like they must have also been very short staffed in the bar and kitchen.

   We waited 1.5 hours for our food. It was lukewarm when it came to the table. The server was not attentive and did not communicate at all about the slow food. We will not return to this location. It is not as nice as other Moxies - perhaps bc it is attached to a hotel. Definitely felt like a low-par hotel restaurant.

   Our grandson did not like the taste of his entree and the waitstaff was most helpful in providing him with other options. Appreciated that

   The food is great! The servers need further training.. Our own server did not know how to use a wine bottle opener.  and then the next server she had come over to open. The next server was also inexperienced with the wine bottle opener. The first server brought out the wrong bottle entirely, and I had to find on the menu to show her once again, the name of the wine.  They also take a very long time to come around to the table, and this was when it was not busy at all.  I might come again, just for the food, and hope that the manager works on training the service staff here. The gala there were nice otherwise

    Not sure what happened, the appetizers were good but we never saw our server to be able to order entrees and other drinks. Real shame.
