   Food is good. Service is great. Table was ready when we arrived which is a big deal when organizing a business lunch.

   Good portion sizes. The grillades and grits were very flavorful. The key lime pie was delicious.

   They need some time to get it together. They were out of several entrees including seafood gumbo. Appeared to be understaffed. The restaurant was very cold.

   This was our first time to this location. It was good food and service. The ambiance was a little more challenging for me. It was just loud. The room is not treated well for sound. The bar area was noisy and you could hear conversations across the room. It was distracting. The vibe of the place is set by the typical sports bar scene. TVs everywhere... it’s distracting when you want to focus on the people and there’s constant motion behind those you’re talking with. I’d go here again because the food is good and service was fine, but not for a date with my wife where we are wanting to talk. Maybe when the weather improves and I can sit outside away from the bar will this be a place I can appreciate better.

   My crawfish po-boy was all bread. There were about 5 or 6 tiny crawfish on the bun. It was dry and not good at all. My husband had smoked meatloaf and although it was better than mine, it was still disappointing. And it was freezing cold inside. At 32 degrees outside, you'd think they would have warmed the place up before lunchtime, but we had to keep our coats on the entire time. We wanted to wear our gloves--it was that cold--but couldn't eat with them on. Not at all impressed.

   There was a red head that was not our waitress that kept rudely grabbing trash off our table, it was disruptive and disrespectful. I completed my meal, but just set my napkin down and she picked it up, I felt rushed and really offended as she was not our waitress. Never once did she ask if she could take things or say excuse me.

   I had the beer battered catfish. The pieces were too thick, I prefer it to be cut thinner. I didn't think it was very good. We have been coming here many times and enjoy other dishes. We will be back to try something else soon. Thank you for the free fried pickles. They were delicious.

   We just discovered this place and we 'll e the food, it is fresh and filling. Prices are reasonable and we will become regulars here.

    Our first visit there and had breakfast. Great food and lots of it. The waiter was very friendly and served us well.
